Charlotte H. Anderson, SPHR, GPHR
Charlotte is the President of Amethyst and Iris, an Organizational Design and Talent Development consulting firm offering its clients comprehensive services in organizational diagnostics and leadership development training. She has authored many training curricula in all aspects of management development and corporate human resource compliance issues.
Clients have been large and small employers in both the profit and non-profit sectors, including The Home Depot, Phillips-Van Heusen, Seiko Corporation of America and Zinsser Paints. Charlotte has conducted numerous presentations and lecture series for other organizations as well. She has also taught a full-semester course on Human Resources as a Business Partner for Masters Degree students at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ. She worked for over 12 years in Human Resources management before starting her consulting business in 1999.
Charlotte is active in the National and local chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She was appointed to the SHRM National Organizational Development Panel, has served on the Executive Board of the Central NJ Chapter for 5 terms, including a second term as President. She maintains her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) certifications and has worked since 1998 as a instructor of the SHRM Learning System for persons seeking the certification. Charlotte is Six Sigma Green Belt (tm) certified and participates in the American Society for Training and Development, and SHRM's Professional Emphasis Group, The consultant's Forum. She holds a B.S. degree from Albright College in Biochemistry, and performed her graduate work, in Microbiology, at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
